The topic that I have chosen is The psychology of eating habits (unhealthy lifestyle). Every individuals have different characteristic and behaviour towards eating. The purpose we eat because it provides and generate energy to our body. Not only that, food also provide a range of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, water, fat, carbohydrates, fibre, and protein. Majority of people nowadays are eating unhealthily. Furthermore, they did not follow the proper diets which can cause malnutrition's and insufficient energy to the body. Eating in a healthier way; individuals are able to categorize their eating habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a result, it provides great nourishment to our body. Here are some example as mention below. (Chodosh, 2019)

In total there are 4 different types of eating habits such as fuel eating, joy eating, fog eating and storm eating. Fuel eating – provides nutrients that include foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meats, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. Joy eating – food that a person eat which tastes good like cup cakes, cookies and candy. Fog eating – not conscious when eating such as eating potato chips while watching movie until it’s finish. Storm eating – individuals can’t stop eating and lose control of it. This happen when someone was to deprive on one side, too much restriction, or intense emotion that the person don't want to experience.

The topic that I’m interested on is Sport Science. So what is sport science? It is a discipline studies on how human health works during exercise and the performance when doing physical activity. Furthermore, by doing physical activity it can prevent us from getting chronic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, cancer and osteoporosis. In addition to that, it can also boost our performance and stamina in preparation for competitions and events. (What Is Sport Science?, n.d.)

One example I chose was "Taekwondo" as a physical activity because this sports require a lot of stretching and endurance during the training and practice. As an athlete, throughout Taekwondo sports I’ve experience many injuries during the competition and training such as muscle pull, ligaments stretch and muscle cramps. On the other hand, injuries can be avoided with proper knowledge and prevention such as proper warm up and training. Those individual who did sports very frequently, they always have to listen to their body feeling. This shows that sports science has changed the way of people think and workout. Individuals are now able to get significant data on endurance, performance and technique.

The topic that I would like to focus on is Social media as a form of distraction when studying. Nowadays, majority of people are very depending and relying on using technology as their daily basics. Most of the young people easily get distracted when studying. This happen because students can easily access to other apps which is social media. Not only that, social media also is a platform for communication. For instance, facebook, instagram, whatsapp, twitter, snapchat, we chat, line, messenger and other more. (Kristof, 2018)

This was the reason why students will wonder off when they are studying and doing assignment. As a consequence, it will impact on their concentration and focus when studying. Therefore, students should avoid limited time on social media for studies.
