Pre-Week 1 Idea🍴🍳

During my semester break I did a few sketches regarding my Envisioned Information Piece. Here are a few sketches that I've initially planned.

3D Wooden Data Indication

The first idea is about the 3D Wooden Data Indication where every string (data) from the utensil is tie to the clock in the middle of it. Noted that every utensil have a different representation of it.

When the 3D Wooden Data Indication is view on mobile, a details information on the mobile will be view through AR. It is like the details of the data will pop up on the screen display.

The purpose of it is to let the consumer aware regarding their health concern and have a healthier lifestyle.

Interactive Board Game

The second idea is about an Interactive Board Game which contributes data when playing. In order to play, the player needed to pick a string according to their eating lifestyle. Then they have to tie it to the data based on their routine.

Every data on the board is a representation from my infographic design. The game indicates that every individuals will know eventually where they are standing in terms of their health.

Hence, it is like a connection when choosing good at the first place and ended up great at the end.

3D Acrylic Interactive Data

The third idea is about 3D Acrylic Interactive Data Design with sticker emoji. The 3D Acrylic Design for the three different utensil are made to stand up, focussing on "Rush When Having Meals". Base on the position of the utensil, from the most top represent "always rush" and the bottom the "least rush". So how does it works? First individuals are require to take a sticker base on their category and place it onto the 3D structure base on their eating lifestyle. Note that every emoji sticker colour represent various meaning and concept.

The piece is actually a form of interactive data for individuals to have fun when playing it. The purpose of this piece is to track down consumer eating habits.

Feedback from lecturers

My Envisioned Information Piece does not have to be the same from my infographic design. He mentioned that I could further explore and try various method and techniques base on my topic. Hence he mentioned that the idea is there but perhaps I could go deeper and beyond the boundary to explore further. Personally I feel that the concept and idea could be further developed and rationalise it.
