The Process
Over the weekends, I did my Healthy Habits Icon at Embroidery Stich Shah Alam - Headway Technology Sdn Bhd. The machine that the designer used were very advance looking and have many features. Not only that, the designer willingly and happily brought me around his workspace showing how the digital embroidery works. He even explained the processes and the different type of machines so as to have a better understanding of it.
These are some of the machines in his workspace. The machine on the left can only do a design with maximum 6 colours while on the one on the right can be done with 12 colours.
Before the design can be sew, the designer need to programme it digitally, setting the sizes, colour and type of stitches.
These are the final products before it was cut into pieces by it borders.
The overall process was quite impressive and properly done with details to it.
Final Outcome
Health Habits & Star icons. Really amazed by the overall outcome 🤩🤩
My subsequence process will be sticking the icon at the "Healthy Habits Acyclic Board".
