CoExist Part 2 - Taiwan International Design Competitions) week 8

First and foremost, we were briefed on the Taiwan International Student Design Competition. The theme for this year competition is "Action". The purpose of the competition is to encourage international creative design exchange, develop creative design talents, express the international image of Taiwan attaching great importance to creative design and establish the international design status of Taiwan.

Not only that, we were assign to choose a topic from the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. In total there were 17 topics : No Poverty, No Hunger, Good Health, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Clean Water and Sanitation, Renewable Energy, Good Jobs and Economic Growth, Innovation and Infrastructure, Reduced Inequalities, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Consumption, Climate Action, Life Below Water, Life On Land, Peace and Justice and Partnership For The Goals. Next, we have to choose one category to design from product design / visual design / digital animation. As a group, for our upcoming tutorial we have to discuss and think what topic that we want to go for.
